Step 1:

• Open Microsoft Outlook.

  

Step 2:

1. Open Microsoft Outlook
   
   
2. From the Tools menu, choose E-Mail Accounts

Step 3:

1. Select Add a new e-mail account
   
   
2. Click the Next button

Step 4:

1. Select POP3
   
   
2. Click the Next button

Step 5:

1. In the Your Name field, type your name.
   
   
2. In the E-mail Address field, type your Island Email address
   (e.g., yourname@islandemail.com).
   
   
3. In the Incoming mail server (POP3) field, enter
   pop.islandemail.com
   
   
4. In the Outgoing mail server
   (SMTP) field, enter
   mail.islandemail.com
   
   
5. In the User Name field, type your Island Email address (e.g., yourname@islandemail.com).
   
   
6. In the Password field, type your email password.
   
   

Step 6:

• Click the More Settings button.

Step 7:

1. Click on the Outgoing Server tab.
   
   
2. Check the box next to My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.
   
   
3. Select Log on using.
   
   
4. In the User Name field, type your Island Email address
   (e.g., yourname@islandemail.com).
   
   
5. In the Password field, type your password.
   
   
6. Check the box next to Remember password.
   
   
7. Click the OK button.

Step 8:

• Click the Next button.

Step 9:

• Click the Finish button.
