Reliable transportation required for the entire LA area.

• Install, maintain and diagnose Macintosh desktops, laptops, servers and peripherals, in addition to knowledge of OS 9 and OS X (all versions).
  
  
• Construct, optimize, and support TCP/IP network environments utilizing NAT, DNS, and DHCP protocols.
  
  
• Knowledge of remote access systems, IP networking, including VPNs, subnets, DNS and open directory.
  
  
• Experience in using and troubleshooting major desktop applications. As well as POP/IMAP email client configurations.
  
  
• Support cell phones, PDA's, iPods and all syncing to various contact and calendar programs.
  
  
• Perform routine backup and recovery procedures in-house and on-site at clients.
  
  
• Firewall/Router experience (Cisco, Sonicwall, Firebox (WatchGuard), Netopia)
